As a writing party
Writing great tender documentation can be very challenging, especially if you want to combine all strict legal requirements that apply in the European Tender proces with the growing demand to set up an iterative, agile development process with your vendor.
As a Product Manager in a leadership position I have a proven trackrecord in putting out tender requests for the solutions I was responsible for. Multiple contracts with vendors have been signed with our vendors to supply their services not only in compliance with current regulations, but also in a manner that follow the Agile mindset and methodologies, for instance by following the SAFe model.
I can use my knowledge and experience to not only give advice on writing and setting up your organisation to write a great tender. I am also capable to analyse and advise you on the questions or remarks the potential vendors send your way. Of course I can also have a role in analysing or advising on the different bids that come your way after the offering vendors have submitted theirs.
As a bidding party
As a bidding party in a European tender the main goal should be maximising value for both the client as well as yours. Few things are as frustrating as spending a lot of time and energy into writing a bid and ultimately not winning the contract.
Organisations require flexibility and agility in their contracts more and more often. This will require the same traits in your organisation as well if you win the bid and start executing on the contracted work. With my background I have expert knowledge about even the littlest details that the requesting party will focus on in order to decide which party will win the bid, thus allowing me to make sure your organisation is genuinely prepared for the bid-proces as well as the execution.
The knowledge and experience I have allow me to not only give great advice in the writing of your bid. It also gives me a unique insight in how to shape both the governance you have with your customer but also how to design your value stream in order to maximise value for you and your customer.

I am available for contracted work in blocks of 8hrs per week and starting with a minimum duration of three months.
I will, of course, never work for multiple clients on the same Tender.
