Back in 2019 Logius adapted the SAFe Portfolio model. I assisted an entire department in preparation for this transition. After the transition I used my expertise to improve the Value Streams of the organisation.

For two years I have been active as a lecturer and coordinator of a course on Transition Management at the University of Amsterdam. During this course we used real-world examples to educate students and professionals on this complex matter.

I have trained and coached the CIO office of the Ministry of the Interior. With a focus on improving the knowledge on different agile methodologies I helped empower the office to oversee all production efforts of the ministry.
